All works of art featured on the web site are for sale and can be bought online. Within the web site and alongside each work you will find information on asking price, size, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 . All works are available either framed or unframed

All prices are shown in British Pounds.

Please note in the various sections of this web site additional terms and conditions have been described and must be considered as supplemental to the following. For clarification of any points, it is recommended you contact the vendor – PaintingsbyDavidPhillips using the contact details given below.












Making an offer

All offers made are purely invitations to treat, and are not binding until they have been accepted by and formally confirmed in writing. Buyers may use the PayPal facility linked to this web site or send cheques to the address given on the web site and shown below

Please note that if you decide to pay by cheque, the print requested can only be delivered once your cheque has cleared.

  • Once your offer has been accepted or declined by the artist, you will receive notification. If your offer has been accepted you will also receive notification
  • For addresses within the United Kingdom shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
  • For address outside the United Kingdom. The purchase will be informed of shipping costs for approval prior to dispatch such shipping costs once accepted with be added to the purchase price.
  • Once you have agreed the final price with payment will be deducted from your credit/debit card or you may send a cheque. Artworks are delivered after receipt of payment.
  • Every effort will be made to adhere to the prices given in the pricing matrix. Please note that the prices given in the matrix are per print and should be multiplied be the quantity or quantity’s ordered. Where there are complex orders such as different prints and or quantities of prints exceeding 10 items in excess of ten the price matrix no longer applies but a quotation will be provided for acceptance by the purchaser.

Methods of Payment

All works are dispatched within ten working days of payment being received, unless we inform you about delay or propose different arrangements. Dispatch costs are subject to the conditions described above. Notification of dispatch costs will be sent by e-mail once the artist has accepted the offer made. Payment will be deducted when the buyer agrees the final price of the artworks.


In the event that you are not completely satisfied with any or the prints purchased from the vendor, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. You must bear in mind that in case of a return you are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways – to you the purchaser and back to the the Vendor. Please note that for the time being the return address is UK based. It is highly recommended that you inquire ideally by e-mail about the Vendor’s whereabouts before you purchase any prints or other items that may in the future be advertised on this web site.. Please also note that the cost of shipping one way might be different from the shipping costs the other way. This is not regulated by but depends on third party services and prices.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: In all cases of orders return is only possible and acceptable if you cover the costs of the production of the work. In the case of commissions, return is not possible as the artist will have carried out the work.

It must be noted that the foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Framing can arrange framing of all unframed paintings and drawings. Please contact us to discuss styles of frame available and costs. Examples have been displayed in the web site. Prices are also given in the supplemental pricing matrix and you are referred to the above conditions that sill apply also to framed prints

Commissions and contacting the artist

Normally commissions are politely declined you are nevertheless welcome to discuss such matters with the artist. First contact should be made by e-mail or post.
