Making an offer

Please note that if you decide to pay by cheque, the print requested can only be delivered once your cheque has cleared.

- For addresses within the United Kingdom shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
- For address outside the United Kingdom. The purchase will be informed of shipping costs for approval prior to dispatch such shipping costs once accepted with be added to the purchase price.
- Once you have agreed the final price with Paintingsbydavidphillips.com payment will be deducted from your credit/debit card or you may send a cheque. Artworks are delivered after receipt of payment.
- Every effort will be made to adhere to the prices given in the pricing matrix. Please note that the prices given in the matrix are per print and should be multiplied be the quantity or quantity’s ordered. Where there are complex orders such as different prints and or quantities of prints exceeding 10 items in excess of ten the price matrix no longer applies but a quotation will be provided for acceptance by the purchaser.

Dispatch
All works are dispatched within ten working days of payment being received, unless we inform you about delay or propose different arrangements. Dispatch costs are subject to the conditions described above. Notification of dispatch costs will be sent by e-mail once the artist has accepted the offer made. Payment will be deducted when the buyer agrees the final price of the artworks.
Returns
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with any or the prints purchased from the vendor Paintingsbydavidphillips.com, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. You must bear in mind that in case of a return you are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways – to you the purchaser and back to the Paintingsbydavidphillips.com the Vendor. Please note that for the time being the return address is UK based. It is highly recommended that you inquire ideally by e-mail about the Vendor’s whereabouts before you purchase any prints or other items that may in the future be advertised on this web site.. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.
